The prices indicate the daily cost of the apartment; as the stay is prolonged as different percentages of discount are applied like in the list below.

Included in the price: linen for bed and bath with weekly change, electric light, warming, warm water, gas, TV color, a private garage for cars and bicycles and the final cleanliness.

Discounts: discount 10% for the elderly. Discount 10% for the groups beyond six persons (children excluded).

Children above two stay free while the children beyond two years old are charged like adults. The animals will be accepted free and limitedly in the areas to them reserved inside of the Residence.

The apartments are available from 3.00 pm and must be free at 10.00 am the day of the departure.

Payments accepted: money transfer, postal money order, cheque, cash (at 50 meters from the residence there are two banks and a post office, all provided of automated banking).
